US Seizes 33 Websites
The US Justice Department has seized 33 Iranian government-affiliated media websites, which it said were hosted on US-owned domains in violation of sanctions. Visitors to the sites such as Press TV on Wednesday were met with statements declaring the website “has been seized by the United States Government.”
World Powers Discuss Libya Crisis
World powers are meeting in Berlin to seek lasting peace in Libya again by ensuring the country stays committed towards general elections in December. US Secretary of State Antony Blinken will be joined by representatives of Libya’s interim government, as well as foreign ministers of France and Egypt.
Giant Ethiopian Dam Talks
Sudan has asked the United Nations Security Council to discuss a dispute over the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam on the Blue Nile. Egypt and Sudan are worried about the dam and are seeking a binding agreement on its filling and operation, while Ethiopia is setting its hopes for economic development and power generation on the dam.

The Saudi foreign minister has said Saudi Arabia will judge Iranian President-elect Ebrahim Raisi’s government by “the reality on the ground." Raisi said on Monday he wanted to improve ties with Gulf Arab neighbors while calling on Saudi Arabia to stop its intervention in Yemen.
