Nashville Bomber Identified
Three days after a motorhome exploded in downtown Nashville, 63-year-old, Anthony Quinn Warner, was identified as the bomber. Warner died in the blast.
At least eight people were injured and 40 buildings were destroyed during the incident. FBI agent Doug Korneski said there is no indication that anybody else was involved.
Navalny Threatened to Face Jail
Russian authorities have threatened to jail opposition leader Alexey Navalny for failing to comply with the terms of his suspended sentence in a years-old case if he doesn't show up for a hearing in Moscow by Tuesday morning. Navalny is currently in Germany after having received treatment in Berlin following his poisoning in August.
Rohingya Refugees Relocated
Bangladesh has relocated another group of Rohingya Muslim refugees to a remote island in the Bay of Bengal on Tuesday, although many are concerned about the region's vulnerability to storms. The first group was moved to the island earlier in the month.
French Soldiers Killed
As reported by the French Presidency, three French soldiers were killed while in operation in Mali when an improvised explosive device struck their vehicle. The soldiers were part of France’s Barkhane military operations in Mali against Islamic fighters.
